This is a group for children in Kindergarten and grade 1 who have anxieties and worries.
This group is suitable for children without challenging behaviours who have anxieties and worries. Children and parents will learn cognitive behavioural strategies to manage anxiety.

The program length is 4 weeks with 1-hour sessions. Registration is through the Henry Grube, SD 73. Prescreening is required.
