Parent Sleep Support Group

A support group for parents with children with difficulty sleeping, offered as a drop-in information session.
The Sleep Support Group is for parents who have difficulty getting their children to go to sleep, stay in their own bed, obtain good quality and amount of sleep, and other sleep concerns. It is a drop-in group for information sharing, guest speakers and peer support.

The sessions are provided on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at the John Tod Early Years Centre during the Baby Locomotion class from 11:15 AM-12:30 PM.

Childminding is available during the group meeting. (1-12 years, pre-registration required)

For parents who cannot attend the drop-in sessions, support can be provided over the phone by calling.
