A volunteer-run social and recreational organization for adults ages 50 and up
Drop-in Center hosts a variety of free and low-cost activities and programs for senior citizens, which change regularly - call for more information!
Weekly activities include:
- Carpet bowling from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Bingo is held at the hall hosted by another society, though the seniors centre handles the concession
- Card games at 1:30 PM on Wednesday.
- Interior Health hosts a day program for adults with disabilities from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, which includes lunch and recreational activities
- A community dinner is served at 4:30 PM on the third Thursday of each month (except July and August) for seniors and adults; open to members and non-members for $10.
Membership fees are $20 per person per year.
