Youth and Family Support Program

The program offers support for adolescent youth (ages 12–18), youth transitioning to adulthood (ages 19–25), and their families, including parents and children, grandparents raising grandchildren, foster parents, and guardians.
This service is for Youth and Families to help breakdown barriers for a healthy way of life. Work together to identify risks, address issues, create a safe environment for Adolescent Youth, and Families to feel welcome and heard. The YAFS worker provides:
- Individual/ Group Support
- Education/ Pre-Employment counselling
- Life Skills Development
- Set Goals for Success
