First Nations Wellness Centre (FNWC) - Williams Lake

The FNWC is a model of First Nations primary health-care service delivery. It combines primary health care, social services and Indigenous health supports. The centre is operated by FNHA in collaboration with the Dakelh Dene, Tŝilhqot'in and Secwepemc Nations.
Accepting limited new referrals by geography for wrap around services. Primary Care Provider panel is full. New referrals for the primary care provider services will be placed on a wait list until other primary care providers are recruited.
