Clubhouse Program - Psychosocial support for individuals recovering from mental illness

Promotes recovery by providing a safe and supportive environment for people experiencing mental illness to enjoy active participation in a balance of healthy and fulfilling activities.
CMHA Studios is a mental health and well-being learning center that supports individuals through inclusive, recovery-focused programming. Transitioning from the Clubhouse model, the program is grounded in co-production—where professionals and individuals with lived experience collaborate equally to design and deliver services. CMHA Studios fosters community, creativity, and personal growth for all.

Programs Offered Include:
  • Learning Studio: Art of Friendship, Conflict Management, Mental Health Education for Community
  • Outdoor Studio: Gardening, Birding, Walking Groups
  • Kitchen Studio: Take Out Thursdays, Kitchen Collective, Community Dialogue
  • Creative Studio: Journaling, Arts & Crafts, Song Club
