A centre offering various programs for adults with mental health and/or substance use concerns in Prince George.
Provides a variety of programs and services to individuals ages 18 and up living with mental illness and/or substance use in the Prince George area. Offers drop-in activities, computer access, laundry services, volunteer opportunities, life skills workshops and courses, recreation, and events. The Healthy Lifestyles Cafe serves healthy food at affordable prices. Annual membership fee is $5.
Referral required from a healthcare service provider (doctor, nurse practitioner, counsellor, or social worker) supported by Northern Health Mental Health and Addictions Services.
