Long Term Care Facilities - Interior Health Authority

Provided by Interior Health

Long term care provides professional nursing services around the clock to people who are no longer able to stay at home safely.
These facilities provide long term care for adults who can no longer live safely or independently at home due to their need for 24-hour nursing supervision in a secure environment, and their unpredictable or complex care needs which can no longer be managed in their home setting. Additional services include personal care assistance, end-of-life care, meals, nutritional support, social work, and recreational activities.
