Mental Health and Substance Use Family Support Drop-In Group
Addictions / Substance Use and Mental Health - Adult & Senior

Family support groups offer a safe and supportive space for family members and friends to share, ask questions, and connect with others who are supporting loved ones with mental health and/or substance use challenges.
The group is offered in-person and through Zoom. Please email or call (See contact below) by 12:00 PM the day before the group to sign up. Short-term support can also be scheduled between groups.
Drop-In Group: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. This is a drop-in group and all are welcome to attend.
