Nobody’s Perfect: Hands-on, practical skill-building group for parents offered twice per year; childcare provided.
Mental Health and Substance Use Family Support drop-in: Support and resources for families of people living with mental health and/or substance use concerns. Meets 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on the first and third Wednesday of each month at the Columbia Ave building in Trail. All are welcome to attend. This group requires sign-up; please contact Lisa Melenka by noon the day before the group to register.

Circle of Security: This popular program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. Offered several times per year. Pre-registration is required. Contact the Family Advancement program for more information.
Muffins and Munchkins: A free drop-in group open to children 0-5years and their parents/caregivers. It runs Wednesday mornings and pre-registration is not required.
