Connect Counselling & Therapy - Kelowna

Provides affordable counselling to adults, children and families.
The program offers some appointments in person or by Tele-Health video. All counselling is confidential and provided by registered counsellors with a Master's Degree. Counselling services offered include:
  • Adult Mental Health Services: Individual counselling is available at no cost with a referral from the Adult Mental Health team.
  • Women’s Services: The women’s program provides individual and group counselling for women who are currently experiencing or have experienced physical, sexual and/or emotional abuse in an intimate relationship or during childhood.
  • Low Cost Couples Counselling: Offers low cost couples counselling services for low income couples. The sessions are led by Masters-level professional counsellors. The fee is $50.00 per 1 hour session.
  • Child, Youth, and Family Counselling Services: Provided at no cost for young people and their families who are experiencing challenges in the following areas: difficult behaviour, living in a blended or separated family situation, parent/child conflicts, sole parenting, conflicting parenting styles, grief and loss, sexually intrusive behaviour.
  • Fee for Service Counselling: Connect Counselling offers counselling at no cost to you whenever possible. If these options are unavailable, then you may request counselling on a fee for service basis. Services available through fee for service include: couples counselling, individual counselling, family counselling, child and youth counselling, and trauma counselling.
  • Counselling Services Available Through Provincial Funding: Crime victim assistance program (CVAP), First Nations Health Authority (FHNA), ICBC, WorkBC, Autism BC, Extended Health Benefit Provider

Individual counselling is available at no cost with a referral from the Adult Mental Health team. Please call 310-6478 (no area code) to schedule an initial appointment with them. If you are interested in family counselling or child and youth counselling, please consult the Child and Youth Mental Health team for a referral at 778-699-2272.
