A group for men needing peer support in dealing with the effects of trauma.
This is a low cost group for men who are trying to navigate difficult experiences of depression, anxiety, grief, loss, PTSD, shame and relationships. It offers trauma recovery for men by men.

Intake payment is $55, paid once a year.
