- Stopping the Violence Counseling: Offers feminist-based counselling, helping women reclaim their strength and move forward from difficult experiences so they can reach their full potential. This free, confidential service includes individual and group counselling for women who are currently facing or have faced any form of abuse—emotional, physical, or sexual—at any stage of their lives. Services are available for women aged 19 and over and teenage girls who may not have access to other suitable services. Clients can access one-hour individual sessions or join a supportive group setting.
- School Based Anti-Violence Program: A school-based initiative designed to help children and teens understand and prevent violence. It’s offered to all school-aged children in the Fraser-Cascade School District, providing a safe and supportive space for students to learn about healthy relationships and the impact of violence. The program encourages social responsibility, builds awareness, and helps children understand the challenges faced by peers who have experienced violence at home, or the community.
- PEACE Program (Prevention, Education, Advocacy, Counselling, Empowerment): Offers support and guidance to children and teens aged 4-18 who have experienced or been exposed to violence at home. This program provides a safe space for kids to share their experiences through group sessions or one-on-one counselling. The goal is to help break the cycle of violence by offering understanding, education, and practical tools for healing.
- Sexual Assault Services: Provides support to individuals who have been affected by historical or current sexualized violence through customized wellness plans. Also available are workplace programs, education opportunities, and on-on-one and group counselling services. Sexual assault services are available to people throughout the Fraser-Cascade region.
