Family / Parenting, Mental Health - Adult & Senior, and Mental Health - Child & Youth

Family Therapy: This program offers counselling for individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a variety of challenges like trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, family dynamics, and parent-teen conflict. Working with families referred by the Ministry of Children and Families (MCFD), using modalities such as: Trauma Repair (EDMR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Family of Origin Orientation and Adlerian Therapy. Participation in this program is by MCFD referral only.
Family Connections (Supported Access Program): This program facilitates meaningful visits between children and their families who are involved with MCFD or FVACFSS. Furthermore, this program promotes healthy child development and builds stronger family bonds through guided interactions, parenting support, and educational resources. Each visit is thoughtfully planned in collaboration with the social worker, the parent, and our team to ensure that every moment impacts the children and their families.
