Phase II Program - Housing Services for At-Risk Youth

A supported independent living program for youth and is available in Quesne
This service supports youth who have been in the foster care system to prepare for adulthood. Youth referred to the program are supported in developing life skills, securing accommodation, and dealing with different kinds of crises that emerge in preparation for independence with limited family support. Youth receive one-to-one as well as group support and are typically in the program for three to six months. Youth also have access to emergency support on a 24/7 basis.
